Hello and Welcome to the Mountains!
My name is Greg Daniels, and I'm the Principal Broker/ Co-owner of TRENDS IN REAL ESTATE. |
I live in the Park City area, and have been active in the Park City Real Estate market for over TEN years.
I've developed a real estate business that I'm proud of, one client at a time. I've built a successful company by treating my clients like I'd want to be treated, with honestly, integrity, and dedication, AND a vast knowledge of the area and our ever changing Resort marketplace.
Here's what one of my client's had to say:
" Greg is ethical, hard working, and dedicated to the real estate professional market. He brings to the market an unusual spirit, sense of humor, honesty, follow-up, and dedication to the profession that we have not experienced before. He handles his professional career with this care, and honesty, but also contributes back to the community with these same values. He goes way beyond the call of duty in all his transactions, dealings, research, and support." Susan M. Borgo
I'm not only a Realtor, but also a LOCAL. I'm very involved in my community. I am an active member of the Park City Board of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors. I am active in local charities and non-profit associations, supporting the Peace House, Children's Miracle Network, and Mountain Town Stages. I take pride in where I live and raise my family.
It's not hard to help my client's buy or sell Real estate in this spectacular area. There is NO OTHER PLACE that I'd want to live!
Welcome to the Mountains!

Some special thoughts from a friend
A friend of mine, Paul Clark, wrote this brief article for the Novemeber Timberidge Newsletter, addressing some of the tough times ahead. I share his observations. “These are the times that try men’s souls” is a phrase written by Thomas Paine during the Revolutionary War. Today, in a time when national and international economies are struggling, when businesses and industries are faltering, when financial markets are setting volatility records on a weekly sometimes daily basis, when banks and lending institutions have limited funds, Paine’s phrase seems more than pertinent. What does one do in these trying times? It might appear today that the world is about to spin off of its orbit and there is nothing we can do about it. What if the opposite is true? Right now we are looking to Wall Street and our economy to tell us what to do, to tell us if we are happy or stressed, to tell us if we are safe. What if in reality Wall Street and our economy are actually looking to us, the people—the everyday consumer—to see if they should go up or down. This would mean that the power of change is in our own hands or in other words it means we have the ability to act instead of to be acted upon. Do we realize that we have the power to make things better? What if instead of looking at a struggling market and crawling into our shells, what if we looked for the opportunities that are now available that weren’t available until now? Yes, home and real estate values have dropped- but instead of looking at this as “hey I just lost a ton of equity in my home” what if you looked at the opportunity of acquiring an additional asset at a reduced price? What if you went out with your family and enjoyed yourself and supported local businesses? What if you became a positive influence for change and helped others to do the same. It is my firm belief that the power is in the people not in the market or the economy. Those are merely indicators of what we do, we are not indicators of what they do. I encourage you to be the seed, be the seed of positive economic growth and watch in amazement as our economies and our markets react to us instead of us reacting to them. |
